I was approached by a gentleman who had suffered with arthritis in his hands for about 15 years, although he knew the arthritis could not be cured he had hoped for help with pain relief.  The arthritis had caused some disfigurement of the fingers and fusing of the joint in his hands.  His hands were also very swollen and obviously uncomfortable.
