A Reiki treatment is an uplifting experience counteracting the stresses and strains of everyday life and helping to invigorate the mind, body and soul. During a treatment you will remain fully clothed and have the option to either sit or lay on a therapy bed, whichever is more comfortable for you.

During the treatment I move my hands over your body in a sequence of non invasive moves, you may well experience feelings of deep relaxation and peace within. Some people experience a tingling sensation under my hands, others heat, other cold ~ it varies from person to person ~ we are all individuals.

 Herbal Remedies

I've had a lot of clients contact me for various ailments or because they are having trouble sleeping and do not wish to use over the counter medication. Arthritis is another problem I deal with a lot in my human patients, as well as other joint problems such as tennis elbow, policeman's heel - all of which have responded well to herbal remedies.  My herbs are Certified Organic and the remedies can be taken as teas or in some cases I make my own capsules (particularly Devils Claw as this is the best way to take this remedy), or creams and gels for external use.
